Cocktail Competition
May 10th 4-7pm

 

Vyne Restaurant & Bar and Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin are teaming up to host a cocktail competition featuring Gunpowder Irish Gin. You will be mixing up your creation to be judged in one of Vyne’s beautiful event spaces located in Middlebury, CT.

To participate, here are the rules and guidelines. Any violations of these rules will result in disqualification from the competition:
You must use any of (or all) the expressions of the Gunpowder Irish Gin as the base ingredient. You may also use any other ingredients you wish. Standard spirits and mixers will be made available for your use in the competition, any special syrups, shrubs or garnish will be your responsibility. 

Your entry must be an original cocktail. Alterations of established cocktails are permitted within reason.

Your cocktail name, and a list of ingredients is due no later than Friday, May 1st so we may have the standard ingredients on hand. Please email to BSharon@vynerestaurant.com and copy porazietti@palmbay.com

There will be three judges, please be prepared to have enough for four (4), one for each judge and one for photos).
