Join us at Vyne Restaurant on October 27 when we will enjoy The Macallan and fine food pairings. Our Macallan ambassador, Jeremy will be there if you want to talk high level whisky! Perhaps he'll add some fun musings about what takes place in Speyside Scotland at Easter Elchives (The Macallan distillery).

Continental Collins paired with roasted, seasoned cashews and homemade corn chips.

The Macallan 12 paired with smoked fish salad (trout, mackerel and oysters).

The Macallan 15 paired with Surf and Turf - black Angus prime ribeye with scotch butter and Chilean Sea Bass with a salty caper aioli, scalloped potatoes and grilled mixed vegetables.

The Macallan 18 paired with triple chocolate mousse.
