Chef's Counter

On certain occasions, our Executive Chef Michael Trudeau opens the counter and allows up to 8 people to dine on a specially selected menu of his design. Master Sommelier Nelson Veiga, pairs wine to compliment chef’s selections. Your only job is to enjoy the meal, the wine, and of course, the front row seat to the kitchen and all the action.
